Cynthia

Cynthia discovered Pilates at a small boutique studio while living in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  She has always been extremely active and addicted to movement. Whether it was playing sports, or simply enjoying outdoor activities, fitness has always been a driving force in her life.  Her attraction to health and wellness eventually led to a career in nursing.

After many years of traveling and exploring she settled in New York to begin her career in critical care.  It was also during this time she rediscovered pilates.  She found pilates to be the most helpful way to positively cope with the physical and emotional demands of her career. She immediately noticed the positive improvements the method was having on her body and mood.  Cynthia became so inspired by these changes and her instructors, that she decided to pursue a second career as a Pilates instructor.  She currently holds a LindaFit mat certification and a Pilates Academy International apparatus certification.  Additionally, she will be completing the Kathy Grant Heritage Graduate Program in 2015. Cynthia truly loves to share her passion for exercise through teaching.  She strives to inspire others through her unique, bold style.  Her goal as an instructor is to make clients stronger both mentally and physically, so they look and feel their absolute best!
