While living as an actor in the city and trying to find the best way to get in shape, she discovered Pilates. She became so enamored with the amazing and lasting effects of the workout that she instantly wanted to share it with others.
Her passion for health continued to grow, and led her to study nutrition and wellness at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
Kara is a Holistic Health Coach, a Certified Pilates Instructor with multiple certifications, and has also received specialty fitness training to work with pre and post natal clients. She is so thrilled to be able to share her love for fitness, food, and healthy living with others every day!
