We offer dynamic pricing, so each class on our schedule is priced based on real-time demand. That means you can pay between $25 and $38 for a class.

Know you’ll be back? Purchase a smart package to lock in a maximum rate per class, and earn credits towards future purchases when the class price is less than your package rate.

Policy update 3/7/18

It’s my first time, what do I need to know?!

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Note that new clients are not allowed in once class has started.
Grippy socks are required for all FlexBarre and FlexPilates classes, and sneakers are required for all FlexTRX.
Touch base with your instructor to make sure you have all the info you need before class starts. Let the instructor know it’s your first time so he/ she can walk you through the equipment.
We provide towels at no charge, digi-lock lockers, and dressing room facilities. Our NoHo location only has a shower with toiletries and full size towels.

How do I sign up?

All reservations are prepaid and can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
Clients can choose to book one class at a time, or purchase a package or membership (but please be sure to note the expiration of your pass before purchasing).
All sales are final and a valid credit card must always be kept on file. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late cancels/no shows or membership dues.

How does the pricing work?

Dibs’ algorithms analyze multiple data points to make real-time adjustments that depend entirely on current market conditions. Prices increase with demand, so you get the best price by booking early. You can lock in a maximum rate per class, and earn credits towards future purchases, by buying a package.

I’m running late!

First time clients may not enter a class once it has begun. Returning clients may not enter after 10 minutes into the class. If you are more than 5 minutes late and the class is full, we may give your spot away to a client waiting.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to drop a class, your account will be credited the full amount you paid. This credit will be automatically applied towards your next booking. Just be sure to cancel at least 12 hours before class, otherwise, no credit or package uses will be returned.

Unlimited members will be charged a late cancel fee of $25 for no shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time.


If a class you’d like to take is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added to class and receive an email confirmation. If you have an active package or membership, it will be applied to the booking. Otherwise, you’ll be charged the current class price.

If you are added from the waitlist within 12 hours of class and can no longer attend, just give us a call and we can return the credit to your account!

Private Sessions

To book a Private Session call or email us with your availability and instructor preference. 24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a private session. Anything canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the private session credit.
