Greg’s obsession with fitness began in his late teens. He spent a few years experimenting with what worked and didn’t work for him in the gym before taking the plunge to pursue fitness full time!

Greg’s now an expert trainer certified by ACE, TRX Suspension Training, Strong First Kettlebells and Precision Nutrition!

Constantly seeking ways to improve his training, Greg’s always reading up on the next best fitness tip. When he isn’t scrolling for information, he’s usually out skateboarding with friends or petting cute animals. Whether it’s strenuous exercise or laid back skating Greg is excited to be a part of the FLEX family and looks forward to having a blast in all his classes!
