About Nicole
Growing up in Southern California, Nicole has always been a fitness enthusiast and ran D1 track at the University of Pennsylvania. She found Pilates after an injury halted her running career and immediately fell in love with the physical and mental strength that it gave her. When teaching, she strives to empower her clients with a mind-body connection that they can carry with them outside of the studio. Her fast-paced, upbeat classes will challenge you until you feel the shakes, and leave you more energized and stronger than ever!

B.A. in Communications and Nutrition from the University of Pennsylvania

An adventurous traveler, on a recent trip to Peru, Nicole climbed 17,000 ft — as high as Mount Everest base camp!
