Tim recently moved to New York from Chicago and couldn’t be happier to be joining the FLEX Team!
Tim grew up as a dancer + performer. Some of his performance credits include dancing the works of Marius Petipa, Mikhail Fokin, August Bournonville, Martha Graham, and Doris Humphrey. He has studied the technique of Bob Fosse at Jacobs Pillow School of Dance and he holds a B.A. in Dance and Theatre from Loyola University Chicago. Most recently he performed in the world premiere of Trevor the Musical at Writers Theater Chicago. Other theater credits include work at Mercury Theatre Chicago, Tibbits Opera House, and The Muny in St. Louis.
Tim discovered Pilates while he was recovering from a broken metatarsal. He found Pilates to be the most effective way to cross train to meet the rigorous demands of dance and performance.
Tim approaches all of his classes from a holistic and personal perspective. He loves making personal connections and getting to know your personal fitness goals. If you book a class with Tim expect plenty of form-based corrections and lots of 90s/early 2000s pop hits!
