Policy update 6/27/16

It’s my first time, what do I need to know?!

Plan to arrive 10 minutes before class starts. Note that new clients are not allowed in once class has started.
Grippy socks are required for all Flex Barre and Flex Pilates classes, Sneakers are required for all Flex TRX.
Touch base with your instructor to make sure you have all the info you need before class starts. Let the instructor know it’s your first time so he/ she can walk you through the equipment.
We provide towels at no charge, digi-lock lockers, and dressing room facilities.

How do I sign up?

All reservations are prepaid and can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
All sales are final and a valid credit card must always be kept on file. We are not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late cancels/no shows or membership dues.
Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable, or extendable. Please note the expiration on your purchase receipt.

How Do You Book with DIBS?

What is DIBS cancellation policy?
Customers may cancel up to 12 hours before the start of class for a credit on DIBS good at FLEX only. No credit will be issued if cancelled within 12 hours, or for no shows. DIBS only issues credits, no refunds. Bookings are non-transferrable.

I’m running late!

First time clients may not enter a class once it has begun.
Returning clients may not enter after 10 minutes into the class.
If you are more than 5 minutes late & the class is full we can give your spot away to a client waiting.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance in order to avoid a late cancel or no-show fee.
A late cancel is considered anything after the 12 hour window & up to 2 hours prior to class time.
A no show is when you do not let us know prior to the 2 hours before class starts or just don’t show up.

Penalties for Class Packages:
When late canceling, you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee, but you will get your class back.
If you no show, you lose the class credit.

Penalties for Unlimited Options:
When late canceling, you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee. For our members, we will waive one late cancel/month.
If you do not show up for class or cancel within 2 hours of the class, you will be charged a $30 no show fee.

Waitlist

If a class you’d like to take is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class.  If you do not get a spot in the class, you can rebook that class some other time!

If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.

All classes have a 12-hour cancellation notice, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist
at the last minute, be aware the 12-hour cancellation still applies.
If it is 12 hours or closer to the class we will give you a call to see if you are still able to make it in, if not no problem!

Private Sessions

To book a Private Session call or email us with your availability and instructor preference.

24 hours notice is required for the cancellation of a private session. Anything canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of the private session credit.
