FlexPilates Arms & Abs takes our signature FlexPilates class and adds more emphasis on the upper body and core. Expect the same intense, face-paced yet form focused workout that will sculpt and define shoulders, biceps, triceps and back muscles, not to mention give you even more ab burn! This is the perfect class for runners and spinners looking to balance out their routine by cross training and improving core strength.
FlexPilates Butt & Legs takes our signature FlexPilates class and adds even more emphasis on the lower body. Expect the same intense, face-paced yet form focused workout taking glute, inner and outer thigh work to a whole new level! Expect to leave with legs shaking and come back for more when you see the booty-lifitng, lower body toning results.
FlexPilates 2.0 is our most advanced class for experienced students looking to take their workout to the extreme. Expect your strength, balance and endurance to be put to the test with advanced sequencing, higher resistance, balance challenges and even tighter transitions, all leading to the ultimate muscle quivering total body workout. This class is for clients who have a strong grasp of the FlexPilates workout and have taken at least 5 open level classes.
FlexPrenatal, designed specifically for expecting moms, is a total body workout with a strong focus on pregnancy modified abdominal exercises to maintain a strong connection to the core and prevent exaggerated diastasis recti. Our Prenatal FLEXformer class will not only help you break a healthy sweat and feel your best throughout pregnancy, but will also aid in a smoother labor and delivery, and support a quicker return to your pre-pregnancy strength level. This class is also perfect for postpartum moms transitioning back into a fitness routine!
FlexPilates Foundations is a great place for people who are new to the studio, or who have never done Pilates, to start! This 55 minute class is designed to teach you how to use the equipment correctly and safely, as well as prepare you for our open level classes. While the pace & difficulty level of this class are slightly toned down, you can still expect an intense, form-focused workout combining Pilates with strength training, and high energy music to keep your heart pumping… so be prepared to sweat!
FlexPilates Pure is our more traditional reformer class taking the workout back to it’s foundation. Still an intense total body workout, FlexPilates Pure allows for even more emphasis on breath, form, alignment, balance, flexibility and core engagement. Expect classic reformer exercises like footwork, the one hundred, elephant, rowing, frog, short spine and more. This class is perfect to mix into your routine if you are just starting your Pilates journey or looking to perfect your alignment and form for your other FLEX classes.
Flex30/30 is our signature combination class designed to give you the best of any 2 of our methods in one 60 min workout. This class is perfect for anyone looking to mix up their routine or wanting to try one of our methods for the first time. In any combination, expect an intense, high energy form focused FLEX workout to challenge every muscle and show you why these methods work so well together.
